Hot rolled coil, which is made of slab (mainly continuous casting billet) as raw material, is heated and made into strip by roughing mill and finishing mill. The hot steel strip from the last finishing mill is cooled to a set temperature by laminar flow, and is rolled into a steel strip coil by the coiler.
